The E100 Series Enterprise Router provides small footprint locations with the same networking, optimization, security, and ease of management that supports larger locations. The all-in-one endpoint includes full-featured routing, switching, and Wi-Fi, making it easy to connect and maintain connectivity to the Internet for supporting crucial business applications. Additional capabilities for Zero Trust security and SD-WAN are available through NetCloud Exchange to provide confidence in connecting and securing peripheral devices such as IoT and point of sale (PoS). The embedded 5G or LTE modem means that reliable, connectivity is always available from day one without waiting for a wired connection.
For organizations requiring a Wireless WAN in small offices, the E100 offers the ability to pair 5G or LTE with a wired link and use a cellular link as a failover connection, hybrid WAN or a primary connection. The E100 combines this reliable routing with integrated switching and Wi-Fi to securely connect local devices for an all-in-one network. Combined with the scalable NetCloud, which makes managing cellular networks intuitive and insightful. The E100 5G router combines the added performance of 5G with modern security through NetCloud Exchange. Integrated SD-WAN and zero trust deliver leading edge 5G SASE capabilities and enable IT teams to provision and manage networks and security at scale with fewer staff.
The E100 LTE router works with virtually all the major North American cellular providers (see full list below). In addition to offering WiFi connectivity to your staff or customers, the E100 offers full-featured routing, security, and traffic shaping. And with the option to operate on backup battery power, the E100 can power through when primary the power source fails.
The E100 is more than a hardware solution as it comes bundled with a NetCloud Enterprise Branch Package. This all-inclusive software subscription facilitates remote management of networks and devices (including the E100), allowing your central IT team to configure, modify, and troubleshoot routers and endpoints from anywhere. An E100 with NetCloud is the ideal solution for small retail shops, small field offices, and even remote employees. For larger spaces, Ericsson offers more robust solutions, like the E300 5G LTE Router. The NetCloud service includes 24/7 support, continuous feature enhancements through software updates, and a limited lifetime warranty.

Enable your E100 with a cost-effective monthly data plan to ensure your router is ready to deploy. Select Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T, and the data plan size from 100 MB to Unlimited GB. You are billed monthly; there’s no long-term contract. Plus, manage all of your fielded gateways from a single cloud-based web portal.
You can purchase a SIM card from this page. It will be mailed to you in 2 to 3 business days. After you receive your card, sign up for a data plan at Mobility Help Desk. The set up instructions are on this page.
