Our data plans take the hassle of finding a trusted cellular provider off your hands. It is cost-effective and time-saving, ensuring your wireless router is active and ready to go. Our solution perfectly suits a range of IoT applications in transportation, healthcare, machine-to-machine (M2M), security and surveillance, sprinkler controls, remote monitoring, and agriculture.
With an easy-to-manage and secure data plan combined with one of our cellular devices, you get wireless right out of the box. Devices are provisioned and ready for activation when you receive them. We take the complexity out of connecting your IoT deployment, so you can focus on growing your business. The Westward Connect plan includes the SIM card, an easy-to-use online user portal, free support, and SIM installation and configuration if the cellular device and plan are purchased together. If you purchase your SIM card from this page (without a device from us), it will be mailed to you in 2 to 3 business days. After you receive your card, sign up for a data plan at Westward Connect.
Our low-cost data service plans use Verizon and AT&T networks in North America. Rogers and Telis are supported with a roaming AT&T plan for Canada. The plans are managed and billed by IoActivate.com and powered by RevX Systems, and the subscription cost is based on the data plan size and the selected carrier. Pick a monthly plan size from the choices below. Other sizes are available, so contact Westward for large data plans or ones not listed here. A plan includes a SIM card, an online user account, and rapid support.
Size | Carrier | Price | Overage per MB |
100 MB | AT&T, Verizon | $11.95 | $0.75 |
250 MB | AT&T only | $13.95 | $0.75 |
1 GB | AT&T, Verizon | $16.95 | $0.05 |
5 GB | AT&T, Verizon | $59.95 | $0.05 |
Fielding devices with SIM cards from a mix of carriers is not easy, especially when managing multiple carrier contracts and accounts. However, this situation is no longer the case, as you can now deploy devices using SIM cards from AT&T and Verizon and manage all SIM activity from a single dashboard. Based on RevX Systems, our platform is a simple, user-friendly cloud platform, allowing you to monitor deployed cellular devices from one dashboard. Log into your web portal to add, activate, and suspend lines; diagnose and troubleshoot issues; view data consumption; and manage billing.
A month-to-month subscription offers flexibility and savings, enabling you to disable a device’s data plan when that system is not in service. You don’t pay the subscription for the months a line is suspended. In addition, there is no annual service contract. This feature is exceptionally cost-effective for agricultural and seasonal applications where systems, such as irrigation pump stations, sprinkler controls, and ski operations, are shut down for winter. In addition, there are no extra charges for roaming, activation, deactivation, platform usage, or out-of-hours usage. Monthly overage fees do apply, however.
