It offers standard encryption protocols like WEP, WPA, WPA2, TKIP, and AES. Dual Fast Ethernet (10/100TX) ports help reduce the need for extra switches. The embedded Atheros XSPAN chipset is fully compatible with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi standards moving wireless data up to 300 Mbps. (For higher throughput, consider the AMS-7131-AC companion which complies with 802.11ac.)
