The KRV reinstall kit is essential when the antenna is to be de-installed and then re-installed on a different vehicle. Using the specific re-installation kit for your low profile antenna will ensure that the antenna effectively seals to the mounting panel. Each kit comprises of a replacement adhesive pad and other parts required specific to the type of antenna. After removing the antenna, always ensure that any remnants of the old adhesive pad are removed and the base plate is clean before fitting the new pad.
