Falcon’s SSGB-1S40-5U is an extended-runtime battery bank providing electrical engineers with long backup runtimes for protecting connected computers and instrumentation equipment operating in harsh environments. This ruggedized 40 Ah battery bank provides over 10 times the runtime of other batteries, safeguarding critical processes against prolonged power outages.

The SSGB-1S40-5U 5U rackmount battery bank has a long lifetime and a wide operational temperature range. The battery banks may be interconnected or daisy-chained to provide exceptionally long uptimes. They can easily be added in the field after Falcon’s SSG UPS units are installed and in service.
