The popular SSG1.5KRM-1 1.5 kVA UPS, for example, offers expansion slots to accommodate a dry contact or an Ethernet card.  The same is true for the SSG1.5K-1T, the tower version. For extreme heat and cold, the SSG-RP UPS family offers the widest operating temperature range. For instance, the SSG3KRP-1 3 kVA UPS will easily handle -30 to 65°C conditions.
