Instant communication is necessary for first responders, military agencies, and rescue units facing emergencies and disaster relief efforts. To fulfill the need for pop-up Internet and WiFi hotspots, Westward Sales and partners like Parsec and Cradlepoint bring the WS5B-900 – a mobile network in a case, offering high-performance, secure communications. Outfitted with an IBR900 LTE router and high-performance antennas, this carrying case delivers Internet connectivity through cellular and WiFi for users in the field. It’s perfect for establishing cellular coverage in remote or congested areas where the signal is low or compromised. It makes an ideal hotspot for temporary applications such as streaming camera feeds, instant broadband, traffic monitoring, events and shows, and construction sites.
The Beagle PRO5B2L2WG rugged antenna case from Parsec Technologies offers 2x2 MIMO LTE, 2x2 MIMO Wi-Fi (2.4 and 5 GHz), and GPS elements integrated into the lid. A Cradlepoint IBR900 cellular router is mounted underneath the top panel and connects to the five antennas with short low-loss cables. There are two configurations: one powered by 110 VAC and another with an internal 12 VDC rechargeable battery for true mobility. The impact and water-resistant carrying case is ideal for moving to and from locations as it protects against rough handling and outdoor conditions.
The portable case come fully wired and configured. All you need to do is provide a SIM card and an active data plan*. The system includes the IBR900 cellular router, high-performance antennas, a rugged carrying case, internal cabling, and power (select AC power or rechargeable battery).
