Westward Sales seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Sales Manager in daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset. The position will begin as a part-time in-office, with the potential to transition into full-time.

What Will You Do?
The Inside Sales Assistant agrees to work with Westward on a variety of inside sales tasks that include, but are not limited to,
- Create Sales Quotes: Generate and manage sales quotes for incoming lead requests using our Sales Order platform.
- Customer Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, provide excellent customer service, and direct inquiries as needed.
- CRM Management: Update quotes, contact details, and sales status in Pipedrive CRM to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set sales appointments for the Sales Manager, optimizing their schedule for efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM or similar sales tracking platforms is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Compensation
The wage offered depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, experience, and hours per week. Pay also includes a yearly sales bonus based on achieved revenue goals.
Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
