Role Overview

We are seeking a customer-forward, consultative Inside Sales Specialist for Industrial Electronics who is excited about selling, building relationships, and driving measurable growth. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will own and develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach and relationship development
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach focused on understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic follow-up, pipeline management, and opportunity expansion
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through clear, professional communication
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and support
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Generate quotes for customers and track opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors
  • Work with a diverse range of global customers while applying cultural sensitivity

The salary offered depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
