Role Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for Industrial Electronics products who is excited about selling, building relationships, and driving measurable growth. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who can sell in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow professionally within a high-tech company.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset—someone who listens carefully, understands client requirements, and delivers tailored solutions to create long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create sales quotes for incoming requests, maintain a forecast, and track opportunities.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, provide excellent customer service, and direct inquiries as needed.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ERP customer records.
  • Qualify and grow opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship development.
  • Work with diverse global customers while applying cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in solution selling, customer service, and closing opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experience in IT, networking, computing, or electronics
  • Bachelor of Science degree

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary from: $60K to $75K +
