Approved High-Performance Antennas for the E300 Branch Router

The Cradlepoint E300 branch router offers reliable wireless communications for enterprise, retail, and business networks. It features external antenna connections for 5G LTE and GPS and requires three or five antennas, depending on the model.

To maximize the E3000’s wireless capacity, we offer high-performance Cradlepoint-approved combination antennas, also called a multi-antenna. This antenna style consists of a single radome housing several wireless elements.

Antenna Configuration

The 5G-optimized E300-C18B model with the Cat 18 LTE modem has five total antenna connections - 4x4 MIMO cellular and GPS. The WiFi 6 antennas are built into the E300, so external WiFi antennas are not necessary. The Cat 18 version provides incredible cellular bandwidth, and these antennas can handle it. A 5-in-1 LTE antenna like the omnidirectional Parsec Husky PRO5H perfectly matches the E300-C18B. The directional Panorama WMM4GG-6-60 LTE and GPS antenna is another excellent choice. The E300-C4D model with the Cat 4 modem has three antenna connections for 2x2 MIMO LTE and GPS. It may be paired with the 3-in-1 LG-IN2456, for example.

Wireless networks for branch applications require high-performance, reliable antennas to improve signal quality and bandwidth, especially in rural areas and buildings with a poor cellular signal. These multi-antennas include low-loss cables with various lengths, allowing the antenna to be positioned where the signal is strongest. Optional brackets and magnetic bases are available for pole or wall mounting. In addition, many of these multi-antennas are rated for IP67 and extreme temperatures, making them rugged enough to withstand harsh outdoor and factory floor conditions.
