Returns Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, or it does not function according to the manufacturer’s specification, you may receive a replacement or refund excluding shipping charges. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.  Resell products are subject to their manufacturer's warranties and policies.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a product that had “FREE Shipping” is returned, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Certain items are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from your return. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on canceled orders. Customized, modified or special order items cannot be returned.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number.  Before returning an item, please complete a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Request.  You will receive a required RMA number from Westward Sales. Make sure the RMA number is clearly written on the return packing label and/or on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. All foam, documentation, accessories and hardware originally shipped must be returned. Any missing items or damage could result in a partial forfeiture of your refund.

Antaira Technologies’ Credit/Refund Policy

Antaira Technologies will credit authorized returns made within 45 days of the invoice date.  Any requests for return made after 45 days may be approved by the discretion of Antaira Technologies' RMA department and may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.  All products must be returned in re-sellable condition and in its original packaging. Incomplete returns for credit may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

5-Year Warranty All Antaira Technologies' products are backed by a 5-year warranty (from the date of the original invoice or sales receipt) on parts and labor. Resell products, e.g., accessories, are subject to their manufacturer's warranties. All charges shall be billed for any repairs requested outside of the warranty period.
