The K9 family of high-performance mobile antennas from Parsec Technologies provides LTE, WiFi, and GPS integrated into a low-profile, rugged radome. A popular member of this series is the PRO4K4L. It merges four 4x4 MIMO 5G LTE antennas, with Category 18 (CAT 18) performance, into a single antenna unit. Designed with superior efficiency and isolation, it significantly enhances signal quality. The PRO4K4L reaches remote cell towers and still broadcasts incredible amounts of information. The impressive LTE upload and download speeds support the latest wireless 4G and 5G-ready networks.

K9 antennas operate on the bands of traditional wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, as well as the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) spectrum. Companies, municipalities, and governments increasingly use the Private LTE (PLTE) networks operating on CBRS. Private LTE occupies 150 MHz of shared spectrum in the 3.5 GHz C-band known as Band 48. With operation in the 600 to 6000 MHz frequency range, the K9 Series will enhance communications of a cellular router or device on an LTE, CBRS, and LTE LAA network. The surface-mount, low-profile radome lessens visibility and air resistance, making it perfect for vehicles, trains, buses, delivery fleets, and other mobile platforms.

Performance is nothing if an antenna can’t endure the environment. An IP67-rated housing, impervious to heat, cold, moisture, salt fog, dust, and impact, protects the K9 PRO4K4L from damage. RF cables run through a hollow bolt on the bottom of the antenna and are hidden from view. The threaded bolt and cables pass through the top of a vehicle or panel and are secured with a nut. With this much toughness, you can count on the PRO4K4L to handle abuse from mobile and outdoor operations.
