The NA590 is a high-performance 1U rackmount network appliance platform. This scalable network appliance system offers high processing performance through the LGA1151 socket Intel Xeon E-2200 or 9th/8th generation Intel Core processors (codename: Coffee Lake) and supports both Intel C246 and Intel H310 chipsets. It comes with eight Gigabit Ethernet ports and two expandable LAN modules supporting 1GbE/10GbE/Fiber/Copper/Bypass with a maximum of twenty-six LAN ports. The well-developed 1U network appliance platform is scalable, customizable and has great expansion capabilities.

The NA590 comes with an option for two or four DDR4-2400 U-DIMM sockets with 32GB or 64GB of system memory. The standard configuration has eight Gigabit Ethernet ports using the Intel i210 Ethernet controller. To ensure reliability, the SMB network appliance platform has two pairs of latch-type LAN bypass functions for fail-over option as well as featuring BIOS console redirection. The NA590 can integrate up to twenty-six Gigabit Ethernet ports to meet system developers' application-specific needs. Axiomtek's reliable yet flexible network appliance platform is particularly well suited to various applications such as VPN, firewall and security applications, network bandwidth controller, WAN accelerator and surveillance system.

Axiomtek's NA590 features scalable CPU options with the Intel Xeon E-2200 processor or 9th/8th generation Intel Core processor to satisfy a range of performance requirements and price points. Besides, two easily accessible LAN module expansion slots provide developers with easy customization options based on their specific requirement. It also features Intelligent Platform Management Interface to allow users to monitor the health of the system's hardware. Trusted Platform Module 1.2 is also supported to provide efficient hardware-based data protection. The network communication appliance is an ideal platform for network security, cloud computing and data centers applications.

The NA590 offers two internal 2.5" SATA hard drives and one mSATA for storing event logs. In order to meet the needs of various network applications, the platform features one serial console port, two USB 3.0 ports, eight RJ-45 connectors and a VGA port (optional). The high stability and performance network security appliance system also supports Linux operating systems.
