Not only will this clip hold a DIN-Rail more securely, but it will also release from the DIN-Rail more easily. This is achieved through an innovative design that requires no tools to detach the device from the DIN-Rail.

For example, the super-duty DIN-RAIL-KIT3 features corrosion-proof stainless-steel construction and extra reinforcement for vibration-intensive situations (think fire trucks). Plus, it's tool-less; it clips and unclips from the DIN-rail with little effort. The DIN-RACK-2U provides DIN-rail support when you need to secure DIN-rail devices into a standard 19” vertical rack. The simple bracket allows your equipment to be solidly mounted and collocated with other rackmount equipment in the same cabinet.

Media Converter Enclosures

If you have to manage a large number of fiber-optic converters, a 19” rackmount media converter enclosure is the way to go. These enclosures accommodate up to 16 independent media converters within a convenient, tidy backplane and single power supply. Mix and match converter functionality by selecting from a wide range of FCU converters. The converters simply slide into the rack and lock in place.

Media converter enclosures offer many features. The FCU-RACK16, for instance, is equipped with sixteen universal slots, two hot-swappable power supplies, and three hot-swappable fans for added reliability. Should a supply or fan fail, the others resume immediate operation, ensuring the FCU-RACK operates continuously. The system is powered through single or redundant AC or DC power modules, and it includes LED status indicators.
