Support for IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE), 802.1p Quality of Service (QoS), and multi-Gigabit Ethernet connection speeds provide advanced features in a compact package.

Auto-negotiation intelligently senses the link speeds of your devices and adjusts between 3-speeds (100Mb/1G/2.5G) for compatibility and optimal performance. The 802.1p QoS feature allows traffic to be classified in 8 priority levels, depending on their importance. Flow Control helps minimize dropped packets for a more reliable connection for all of your connected devices. IGMP Snooping optimizes multicast data streams for bandwidth-intensive applications.

The DMS-108 has a sturdy and compact metal housing to ensure the product can withstand wider operating temperatures by helping to dissipate heat and reduce stress on internal components. IEEE 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) reduces power consumption when ports are not in use, conserving energy and lowering costs.

The DMS-108 is easy to setup with no software installation or configuration needed. It is backward compatible with Cat5 and Cat6 cables and features per port LED indicators for easy link status display.
