The RV55, with high-performance LTE-Advanced Pro connectivity, provides Cat 12 speed (600 Mbps downlink and 150 Mbps uplink) for data-intensive networks. The RV55 can function as the primary WAN connection or serve as a secondary or backup WAN should the primary one fail. Optional dual-band 2.4 and 5.0 GHz WiFi functions as an access point or hotspot. The RV55 also features a Gigabit Ethernet port, GPS for location tracking, and a serial interface.
The Semtech AirLink RV55 delivers superior reliability and continuous operation no matter the environment. A wide temperature range allows it to operate in extreme cold and heat. AirLink CompleteAirLink Complete is free for one year with the purchase of a new RV55 cellular router. It is a subscription-based service offering device management through AirLink Management Service (ALMS), Tier 1 technical support, and an extended warranty. It’s an efficient way to optimize deployment, simplify management, and reduce downtime.
Device ManagementAirLink Management Service (ALMS) is a secure cloud-based package that simplifies remote set up, monitoring, configuration, registration, and updating any number of RV55 routers. ALMS Advanced Reporting and Analytics (ALMS ARA) is another add-in for advanced historical reporting and analytics.
AirLink Mobility ManagerThis service offers a VPN application for Airlink routers like the Semtech AirLink RV55. It simplifies your VPN connection between the edge and enterprise. It’s FIPS 140-2 compatible and agnostic to the carrier, working with fixed and public IP addresses. |
Enable your Semtech AirLink RV55 with a cost-effective monthly data plan to ensure your router is ready to deploy. Select Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T, and the data plan size from 100 MB to Unlimited GB. You are billed monthly; there’s no long-term contract. Plus, manage all of your fielded gateways from a single cloud-based web portal.
