The GPSD-6-60-TW Sharkee combination antenna brings reliable 5G LTE communication to industrial, public safety, and transportation applications. With an aerodynamic shark fin dome and multiple antenna functions, the Sharkee is the most advanced 5G LTE antenna for mobile cellular routers and is compatible with many Cradlepoint models.

The wideband MIMO cellular antenna elements operate over the 5G LTE spectrum (617 to 6000 MHz), including LTE band 71 (617 to 698 MHz). High efficiency provides greater than 12 dB of isolation and 5 to 9 dBi peak gain depending on the frequency. The GPSD-6-60-TW features 3x3 MIMO WiFi 6 supporting 2.4, 5.0, and 7.1 GHz networks. The GPS/GNSS module with advanced noise filtering works with GPS, Glonass, BeiDou, and Galileo satellite networks. In addition, there is an integral stud for mounting an external VHF, UHF, or 700/800 MHz whip antenna. A blanking cap is supplied when a whip antenna is not required.

The rugged dome is constructed from heavy-duty plastic for extra durability and long life. It includes a bottom gasket for reliable sealing and conductive pads for superior grounding. The GPSD may be installed on a conductive or non-conductive (if it cannot be tied to a ground plane) surface with no significant impact on the antenna’s overall RF performance. The antenna assembly mounts through a single hole drilled into a vehicle roof or trunk lid and is slim enough to fit between the roof rib lines of most major vehicles. The GPSD-6-60-TW is IP69K certified, assuring it withstands water and dust for safe operation outdoors.
