It features a standard operating temperature and a 5-year battery to save upfront costs. However, it’s not frugal when it comes to dependability.

The SG1.5KRM implements a dual-conversion architecture (AC to DC, then DC to AC) to offer true online backup power. This method creates an exact sinewave output, and it isolates the load from dirty power input. Should the primary power source fail, the batteries immediately kick in and feed the load with zero transfer time delay. The UPS includes a 120 VAC input, power factor correction, surge suppression, high efficiency, and voltage regulation. Set up is a breeze using the convenient front panel LCD. System status may be remotely accessed via USB, RS-232, or optional Ethernet interfaces. The SG1.5KRM supports both 50 and 60 Hz AC frequencies.
