The MAX-BR2-LTE is an affordable, ruggedized mobility router equipped with dual cellular modems. It serves as an all-in-one WAN solution for industrial deployments, featuring a GE WAN port, Wi-Fi WAN, USB WAN, and dual cellular connectivity. When paired with a PrimeCare subscription, the BR2 can enjoy Peplink’s SpeedFusion Bonding technology which seamlessly bonds multiple Internet connections into a single, more reliable feed, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. Additionally, it provides 4 LAN ports for wired device connectivity to the internet. The device offers flexible power and port options, including a 4-pin Molex Micro-Fit power port, terminal power port, and PoE Input port. The BR2 also features GPS, GPIO, and Ignition Sensing capabilities that are useful for mobile and industrial applications.

The MAX-BR2-LTE has a rated throughput of 300Mbps. Its SpeedFusion VPN throughput with encryption and without encryption is 80Mbps and 60Mbps respectively.

The BR2 has 2 built-in cellular modems, each fitted with a redundant physical SIM slot. It can also connect to the network using BYO eSIM provided by your mobile carrier. Additionally, it features an Ethernet WAN port for wired access.

The BR2’s rugged metal enclosure makes it suitable for mobile use. It can function in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°F to 149°F. It’s also equipped with an industrial Micro-Fit power connector for secure power installation in vehicles and extreme locations. Ignition Sensing also prevents the drainage of vehicle batteries.

A Starlink antenna can be connected to the Ethernet WAN port with the use of a Starlink Ethernet adapter. The MAX-BR2-LTE is FirstNet Ready, providing additional coverage as the situation demands.

This Peplink product comes with a one-year limited warranty. The first year of PrimeCare is included in the purchase of this PrimeCare device, with the ability to continue afterwards via paid subscription. You can upgrade to PrimeCare+ for additional benefits.
