ARBOR’s Edge AI Computing products deliver high-performance AI processing at the industrial edge.The AEC-4001 is a rugged, fanless edge AI embedded computer designed for demanding applications like smart factories, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and smart city infrastructure. It is built around the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX platform, specifically featuring a 6-core or 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE v8.2 64-bit and a 1024-core NVIDIA Ampere architecture GPU with 32 Tensor cores.
The system comes with 8GB or 16GB of LPDDR5 DRAM memory and 256GB NVMe SSD for storage, which is expandable up to 1TB. Key connectivity options include one Gigabit Ethernet port, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a USB 2.0 Type-C recovery port, and one HDMI 2.0 port that supports 4K resolution at 30Hz.
Designed for harsh environments, the AEC-4001 accepts a wide range DC power input (9V to 24V), operates in temperatures from -20°C to 65°C, and is built with a durable, fanless chassis. It operates using Linux Ubuntu 22.04 with the NVIDIA JetPack 6.2. It is a highly reliable solution for real-time analytics and autonomous computing at the edge.
