Get Internet with the WSE1-P-T40 WiFi Hotspot, Cat 4 Speed, High-Performance Omni Antennas

Internet access for remote IoT devices has never been more convenient with the WSE1-P-T40 high-performance outdoor hotspot. It connects WiFi devices to the Internet over a cellular connection. Cellular connectivity allows you to remotely access your deployed WiFi network to manage, monitor, set alerts, and get diagnostic information from anywhere. Remote control of your equipment, such as irrigation controllers, environmental sensors, and IP cameras, benefits contractors and owners. Manage your remote devices from a smartphone, tablet, or web browser to dramatically increase efficiency.

The WSE1-P-T40 hotspot is outfitted with an InHand Cat 4 cellular router to deliver Internet connectivity through cellular and Wi-Fi connections to devices in the field. The hotspot is constructed from industrial-grade components and enclosed in Poyting’s EPNT-1 waterproof antenna enclosure. The EPNT-1 contains antenna elements in the front half of the enclosure, and the rear half offers space for a cellular router, power supply, and cabling. The cross-polarized omnidirectional cellular antennas offer enhanced performance, high stability, and throughput in congested and remote areas, and the IP-65 weatherproof enclosure standups up the adverse conditions and temperatures, providing around-the-clock operation. The WSE1-P-T40 is a "powered device" accepting a Power over Ethernet (PoE) line for power and Gigabit data (100/1000Tx). Compatible with the IEEE802.3af/at specification, the hotspot can be conveniently mounted where ever you can run a PoE cable.

Fully Provisioned and Ready to Operate

We take the complexity out of connecting your IoT deployment so that you can focus on other aspects of your application. Select an AT&T or Verizon SIM card above to enroll in Westward Connect. This package includes a SIM card, a convenient online user portal, free support, and a fully provisioned hotspot ready for activation and deployment. You can choose a month-to-month data plan from 100 MB to 5 GB from your online account at iotactive. After you add the hotspot to the dashboard and activate the line, the WSE1-P-T40 will connect within minutes. Once your account is set up, manage your fielded hotspots from a single cloud-based web portal. The data plan is billed monthly, and you do not need to commit to a long-term contract. Click here to view the data plan prices and learn about the plan.

Of course, you may install your own SIM card and decline this plan by selecting the None option above.
