The DAP140 is a Teltonika industrial wireless access point with passive PoE-in, designed to enhance Wi-Fi coverage and performance in industrial environments. Featuring Wi-Fi 4 with Wi-Fi mesh and Fast Roaming, as well as dual RJ45 ports and support of up to 50 simultaneous connections, this wireless access point is integral in maintaining reliable connectivity. It is full to the brim with security features, including multiple authentication and access control methods, firewall and attack prevention, and supported VPN protocols such as OpenVPN, ZeroTier, BacNET, and WireGuard.

The DAP140 also features Wi-Fi mesh and Fast Roaming capabilities. Being a Wi-Fi access point is particularly significant; a well-distributed fleet of these access points can form a mesh-formation area of wider total coverage that is larger and more effective than the sum of its parts.

The DAP140 access point is encased in rugged aluminium housing with an integrated DIN rail bracket. This dapper design enables it to withstand the most challenging of industrial environments, including temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 75 °C. This Wi-Fi access point is powered via its 3-pin power input common in industrial settings, thus eliminating the need for additional power adapters.
