The MAX-HD4-MBX-5G is a quad cellular mobile powerhouse with redundant SIM slots and multi-radio capabilities providing speed, reliability, and coverage by combining the best of 5G and LTE. The compact form factor allows it to be deployed in a wide variety of situations such as vehicles, vessels, and branch networks. Its compatibility allows for upgradable modules for further customization to suit any deployment needs. Whether you need speed or cost-effectiveness, use Traffic Steering to guide each packet to the most suitable connection. The router comes with 4x cellulars, 3x Ethernet WANs, 2x USB WANs, and Wi-Fi-as-WAN.
The MBX 5G has a rated throughput of 2.5Gb/sec. It supports a 4Gb/sec downlink data rate and a 700Mb/sec uplink data rate per modem. If the MBX 5G cannot receive a 5G network, it can receive LTE CAT-20 network with a 2Gb/sec downlink data rate and 150Mb/sec uplink data rate per modem. Each 5G modem has 2x SIM slots. You can load 2 SIMs and switch between them, but you can only use 1 at a time. You can use 5G modems simultaneously.
This product comes with a one-year limited warranty. It can be extended with the purchase of EssentialCare/EssentialCare+. You are billed monthly; there’s no long-term contract. Plus, manage all of your fielded gateways from a single cloud-based web portal.
