As a member of the Peplink “X” series, the BPL-SDX-PRO offers extreme performance, a future-proof design, and edge computing capability. It is a one-box hosting solution that can deliver Docker containers, applications, and websites to its local network. By hosting resources near the network edge, you can reduce latency and make applications more responsive. Along with two FlexModule slots, the SDX Pro enables you to customize the router with your choice of ports. The SDX Pro has a Stateful Firewall throughput of 24 Gbps. The SpeedFusion VPN throughput with no encryption is 1 Gbps, and the SpeedFusion VPN Throughput with AES-256 encryption is 600 Mbps.

The BPL-SDX-PRO is equipped with two power inputs and two hot-swappable power supplies. Only one of each is needed to function, ensuring continuous power delivery even if a cable gets disconnected or if a power supply drops out for any reason. 

The FlexModule slots enable you to apply new technology when it is released and available. The FlexModules enable the SDX Pro complete flexibility.The FlexModule is available in four versions:

• 3x cellular WAN: Combine cellular links for wireless SD-WAN backup to the primary connection. (EXM-3LTEA-R)
• 8x copper WAN/LAN: Connect PoE-enabled modems on the WAN, or connect PoE devices such as cameras, IP phones, and Wi-Fi APs on the LAN. (EXM-8C)
• 4x fiber WAN/LAN: Build an all-Fiber network by connecting Fiber WANs and LAN Switches. (EXM-4F)
• 2x 5G Modules (EXM-2X5GH)

Even without a FlexModule, the BPL-SDX-PRO-M2 is already prepared for any enterprise branch deployment. It comes equipped with 2x Ethernet WAN, 2x Gigabit Fiber WAN, and 2x USB WAN, enabling connectivity from multiple sources, as well as a built-in SSD.

This product comes with a one-year limited warranty. It can be extended with the purchase of EssentialCare/EssentialCare+. You are billed monthly; there’s no long-term contract. Plus, manage all of your fielded gateways from a single cloud-based web portal.

High-Performance Antenna Options

The Peplink BPL-SDX-PRO and FlexModules with an LTE or 5G modem do not include antennas. For mobile and industrial applications, consider these High-Performance Antennas or speak with a Peplink specialist at Westward Sales.
