This processing power makes the AIE900B-ONX capable of handling complex AI workloads directly at the edge, reducing latency and reliance on cloud infrastructure.

Built for durability, the system features a robust, IP40-rated aluminum and heavy-duty steel enclosure, allowing it to operate reliably in harsh industrial environments with a wide temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. Its fanless design further enhances reliability by minimizing dust ingress and mechanical failures, while rigorous testing (IEC 60068-2-64 for vibration and IEC 60068-2-27 for shock) ensures resilience in rugged conditions.

The AIE900B-ONX includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE functionality (IEEE 802.3at, up to 30W per port) to power and connect cameras and other sensors efficiently. This extensive PoE support is ideal for multi-camera vision systems used in surveillance or quality control. The device also offers a rich assortment of other I/O options, including four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, two COM/CAN ports (RS-232/422/485 & CAN) for motion and direction control, 8-channel Digital I/O (DIO), and a lockable HDMI 2.1 port with 4K2K support. For flexible networking, the system provides expansion slots for wireless connectivity, including a full-size Mini PCIe slot and an M.2 Key B slot for optional Wi-Fi, LTE, or 5G modules, along with a Nano SIM slot.
