The AIM101 is a compact, efficient industrial-grade fanless edge AI system with Intel processor N150, featuring a PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 slot to run AI accelerator at full performance capability. It offers rich connectivity options, including dual 2.5GbE LAN, USB 3.2, HDMI, and wireless support for Wi-Fi 6E and LTE. It also offers 3 optional I/O for DIO, COM or CAN bus for peripheral connectivity and communication protocols. Suitable for computer vision inference of smart city, smart manufacturing, edge computing, factory automation applications. and more at the edge.
It supports various AI accelerator cards with up to 100 TOPS performance via a PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 slot. The system supports a wide voltage input range from 9 to 36 VDC with smart ignition and flexible power control for USB and LTE devices, making it ideal for edge deployment. Its compact yet durable construction and operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C ensure reliable performance for machine vision, video analytics, and real-time AI inference at the edge.
The AIM101 now integrates seamlessly with the Axelera M.2 AI inference acceleration card, featuring a quad-core Metis AIPU. This combination delivers data center-class AI performance directly to the edge, enabling real-time computer vision processing. The result is faster, more efficient operations, reduced latency, and expanded opportunities for AI-powered industrial automation. Delivered by Axelera AI, the Metis AI processing unit is purpose-built to deliver high-performance compute capabilities while maintaining the energy efficiency needed for edge use cases. Metis is accompanied by the Voyager SDK, which offers a user-friendly and easy-to-integrate environment for building a data pipeline.
