Mini ITX motherboards are designed with rich functionality and reliable performance in a small footprint that measures just 170 x 170 mm. Mini ITX Motherboards provide greater flexibility for applications in which compact size and power-efficiency are required, such as kiosks, POS, lottery machines, gaming systems, factory automation, DSA, and more. Featured here is the MANO321, a fanless, low-profile mini-ITX motherboard with 5G capability that can be a flexible piece to develop IoT environments.
The MANO321 is powered by the low power consumption Intel Celeron processor J6412 (Elkhart Lake). It's equipped with two 260-pin DDR4-3200/2666/2400 SO-DIMM slots for up to 32G of system memory. The low-profile design lowers the height of the board by half of the standard Mini-ITX form factor, making it more flexible for various IoT applications. To enable a 5G connection, it has a SIM card slot and an M.2 Key B slot with USB 3.1 interface, which allows adding a 3042/3052 5G module to gain the connection. For display-related applications, the MANO321 supports triple-view with one HDMI 1.4b, one VGA, and one LVDS. It has HD Codec audio. In terms of expansion interfaces, the industrial motherboard provides one PCI Express Mini Card slot and one PCIe x4 slot with PCIe x2 signal.
The MANO321 offers rich features, high computing power, slim-size form factor and graphics-rich performance. With 5G capability and its low latency, the MANO321 can make the IoT truly feasible in the manufacturing industry. In terms of space, its low-profile design is an excellent choice for limited space and installation flexibility.
To strengthen the versatility, the MANO321 features rich I/O options including one SATA600 connector, two Gigabit Ethernet with support of Wake-on-LAN and Boot ROM, four USB 3.1, four USB 2.0, six COM, 8-CH DIO, HDMI, VGA, LVDS, and one SMBus pin header, which make the board ready for the industrial environment. If users require more storage space, it also provides one mSATA and one SDHX slot. The M.2 Key B slot can also be compatible with SATA interface for 2242 SSD. It supports Linux and Windows operating systems. The MANO321 supports Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 and a watchdog timer for optimal security.
