Antaira Technologies’ line of Ethernet switches is the preferred choice among control engineers and networking specialists. With four PoE ports plus a 2km multi-mode fiber port, the LNP-0501-M is no exception. It was designed to power PoE devices found in demanding applications like factory automation, railway, energy, surveillance and utility plants.
The LNP-0501 offers 4 Power over Ethernet (PoE+) ports of Fast Ethernet (10/100TX) speed plus a 5th fiber optic (10/100FX) port. The four PoE ports meet the IEEE802.3af/at specification to supply 30 watts per port to PoE devices like IP cameras and wireless bridges and access points. The single fiber port may be configured with SC or ST connectors.
The LNP-0501-M series was designed for outdoor and harsh industrial environments and operates in two wide operating temperature ranges -- standard and extended. The enclosure is IP30 rated and ready to mount to any control cabinet DIN-rail. The power input is protected against unregulated voltage surges. It supports power input redundancy with reverse polarity protection. In the event of a failure, a built-in relay can signal an alarm.
