The STW-612C manufactured by Antaira Technologies is an industrial device server that translates dual serial streams to a wireless IEEE802.11b/g/n network. It features a “bridge” mode that provides 3-way communication between serial, Ethernet, and wireless networks. Wi-Fi Direct Technology requires no software set up and offers a quick and simple way to establish a “point-to-point” connection. This device gateway is perfect for increasing the communication distance and availability of serial equipment such as meters, instruments, and sensors.
The rugged STW-612C was engineered for heavy-industrial locations. It features a compact, metal case, fanless cooling, DIN-rail mount bracket, operating temperature from -10 to 60° C, shock and vibration resistance, and high electrical noise and surge protection, and DC voltage power input.
