The STW-602C from Antaira Technologies a serial to Ethernet gateway which connects serial devices to new or existing networks. It features a Fast Ethernet port, a wireless network interface (IEEE802.11g, 54Mbps), and two serial ports that may be configured as an RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 connection.
The STW-602C offers full-duplex, bi-directional data transmission between serial ports and Wireless LAN. It features WEP or WPA security encryption. It uses Virtualcom software to create virtual COM ports for the host computer. With a wide operating temperature range, 15 kV port isolation, and rugged DIN-rail mounting, the STW-602C is equipped for any industrial setting.
