The UTS-111A RS-232 to USB adapter from Antaira Technologies connects serial-based equipment to a USB port on systems that may lack standard serial interfaces. It converts RS-232 signals to USB allowing interconnection of older devices to newer ones. The cable features a USB type B connector at one end and a block with DB-9 connector and conversion electronics at the other.
