Antaira Technologies' MSC-202AL1 low-profile PCI Express interface board provides 2 high performance RS-232 serial expansion ports. Featuring a 16C650-type UART, the card offers high throughput and reduced CPU loading. Use the MSC-202AL1 to add more serial ports to a standard PC, workstation or server. The PCI Express x1 lane operates at speeds to 250 Mbytes/secprovides and provides a scalable, high-speed, serial I/O bus that maintains backward compatibility with PCI applications and drivers. The card is fully PCI Express Plug-and-Play compatible with no IRQ and I/O address conflicts. The MSC-202AL1 provides the scalability to quickly adapt to new PCI Express technologies. It supports power over pin-9.
