Several advanced features, like Link Loss Forwarding and Link Fault Pass-Through, improve signal integrity and troubleshooting. A redundant power input and the variable mounting brackets prevent hard work from knocking networks offline. Beyond that, the IMP-100A is impressively tough. It is protected against 6000 VDC electrostatic shocks and 3000 VDC power surges. The extended temperature variant can easily withstand temperatures between -40° and 80°C.
