It's built for worldwide telematics applications requiring best-in-class LTE, GNSS, and WiFi performance. The GPS/Glonass/Galileo/BeiDou active antenna has been carefully designed for excellent band performance, leading to higher location accuracy and tracking stability. The MA460 delivers powerful worldwide 4G LTE MIMO antenna technology using 700/800/1700/1800/2600 MHz frequency bands. The dual-band WiFi antenna offers excellent performance on 2.4 and 5.8 GHz bands.

Installation and Mounting Instructions

The standard mounting option for the MA460 antenna is a screw-mount. Choose a flat, non-metallic surface with a clear line of sight to the sky for peak efficiency. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, or other contaminants. Mark the drilling hole by using the antenna base as a template for the center point for drilling. Drill a hole at the marked center point and apply a bead of silicone sealant around the drilled hole to prevent water ingress. Feed the antenna cables through the drilled hole. Secure the antenna using the provided nut, tightening it to the recommended torque specified in the datasheet. Route the antenna cables to the respective devices, avoiding sharp bends and ensuring they are not pinched. Finally, connect the cables to their corresponding ports. The MA460 does not require a ground plane.
