You get Internet right out of the box with an easy-to-manage and secure data plan combined with one of our cellular devices. Devices are provisioned and ready for activation when you receive them. We take the complexity out of connecting your IoT deployment so you can focus on growing your business. The Westward Connect plan includes the SIM card, an easy-to-use online user portal, free support, and SIM installation and configuration if the cellular device and plan are purchased together. If you purchase your SIM card from this page (without a device from us), it will be mailed to you in 3 business days. After you receive your card, sign up for a data plan at Mobility Help Desk.
Our low-cost data service plans use AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon networks in North America. Rogers and Telis are supported with a roaming AT&T plan for Canada. The plans are managed and billed by Mobility Help Desk, and the subscription cost is based on the data plan size and the selected carrier. Pick a monthly plan size from the Rate Card in the Downloads tab. The most popular plans are below, but other sizes are available, so contact Westward for ones not listed here. A plan includes a SIM card, an online user account, and rapid support.
Fielding devices with SIM cards from a mix of carriers is not easy, especially when managing multiple carrier contracts and accounts. However, this situation is no longer the case, as you can now deploy devices using SIM cards from AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon and manage all SIM activity from a single dashboard. Our simple, user-friendly cloud platform allows you to monitor deployed cellular devices from one view. Log into your web portal to add, activate, and suspend lines; diagnose and troubleshoot issues; view data consumption; and manage billing.

Discounted 1,2, and 3-year annual plans are available
A month-to-month subscription offers flexibility and savings, enabling you to turn off a device’s data plan when that system is not in service. You don’t pay the subscription for the months a line is suspended. In addition, there is no annual service contract. This feature is exceptionally cost-effective for agricultural and seasonal applications where systems, such as irrigation pump stations, sprinkler controls, and ski operations, are shut down for winter. In addition, there are no extra charges for roaming, activation, deactivation, platform usage, or out-of-hours usage. Monthly overage fees do apply, however.
