The PSKN3-925 device antenna uses a full length center fed dipole configuration. A knuckle feature allows the antenna to be adjusted between a straight position and a 90° right angle position. This is useful for products that may need to be placed both horizontal and vertical, or where the connector is placed on the side of a radio device. The EU GSM 925 MHz lower band also covers the ISM 915 band (902 - 928 MHz) without any sacrifice in performance.
This halfwave antenna requires no ground plane for operation which makes it ideal for use with portable devices or products with no substantial ground plane. It can even be used with products that consist of all plastic chassis or case. The radome is made of flexible polyurethane. Standard connector styles available include RP-TNC or RP-SMA male connectors.
The PSKN3-925 meets industrial and military shock & vibration specs. It is rated IPx5 for water ingress.
