The FAC-01W-24-LA from Antaira Technologies is a 19" rack mount CAT-6 patch panel with 24 total RJ45 ports.  The panel features 110 block type termination and meets ANSI/TIA-568 pinouts for T568A and T568B.  

Patch panels are common building facilities, telecommunications closets, computer floors and equipment rooms to provide bulk CAT-6 connections needed for security video and Gigabit data applications.  It supports Ethernet, fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000TX) speeds.

Ports are labeled on the front panel for easy identification and easy-to-read RJ45 color-code scheme in the rear makes for easy wiring.
