The SW1043A-MM Remotely Controlled Layer 1 A/B Switch provides basic A/B switch functionality which is to connect port A or port B to the C (Common) port, through fiber optic switch mechanisms. Manual control of the switch port connection state is supported through pushbutton switches on the front of the unit. A 6-position pluggable terminal block connector on the rear of the unit provides remote control capability and accepts external dry contact closures as inputs.
