Double Diamond™ Warranty and Extended Double Diamond™ Warranty (3 Additional Years)

Take the risk out of equipment purchases with the Double Diamond™ Warranty from Black Box Network Services. The Double Diamond Warranty is the standard warranty protecting your Black Box® brand products from accidental damage, including drops, water, and power surges. During the warranty period, Black Box Network Services will repair or replace your damaged equipment within one week of receipt at no charge.*

Extended Double Diamond Warranty

You can also extend your warranty or protect a previously purchased Black Box® brand product** for an additional year for only 10% of the purchase price. Or, extend your coverage for a full three years for 20% of the purchase price. Ordering an extended warranty is easy: Just select one or three years of additional coverage by contacting Customer Service at 724-746-5500. What’s more, we also have a 45-day return policy. Simply call Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number, return your product in new condition and in the original package, and receive a full refund.

Q: What kind of warranties do Black Box Network Services offer?

A: The Double Diamond™ Warranty protects your Black Box® brand products* from accidental damage, including drops, water, and power surges. Most products come with a one- or two-year warranty. Some products, such as copper cables, manual switches, cabinets, and racks, are guaranteed for life! During the warranty period, Black Box Network Services will repair or replace your damaged equipment within one week of receipt at no charge.** You may extend your warranty or protect a previously purchased Black Box brand product. A one-year warranty or an additional three-year warranty on most products are available. For details, talk to Black Box.

Q: How do I return my product?

A: All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Talk to a Customer Service Representative to obtain an RA number. Some products may not be returnable for credit.

Q: What do I do if I receive the wrong product or a product is missing from my shipment?

A: All discrepancies in shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To report a discrepancy, talk to a Customer Service Representative.

Q: Do you repair your products?

A: Yes. Black Box's warranty commitment is backed by a guarantee to repair or replace Black Box® brand warranty items within one week of receipt. Even if your product warranty has expired, Black Box Network Services can extend the life of your equipment with fast and reliable repair service. Parts and labor on repairs are guaranteed for 90 days.
