The LFP414 Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver module is specifically designed for a high performance  integrated duplex data link over single-mode optical fiber.  This transceiver module complies with the SFP Multisource Agreement (MSA). Because the module is hot pluggable, it is easy to install into SFP MSA compliant ports at any time without interrupting the host equipment operating online. The LFP414 SFP transceiver uses a long wavelength (1310 nm) DFB laser diode to enable data transmission up to 40 km on a single-mode (9/125 μm) optical fiber.
