The Freedom II KV0004A-R2 Keyboard and Mouse Switch with Glide & Switch enables a single user to easily access information and control operations across the computer systems and monitors, saving time, money, and space. The Freedom II works like an extended desktop switch on a single computer. Once you configure your screen layout for the attached PCs with up to four external displays, switching ports is as simple as moving your mouse cursor over the screens' X and Y borders. Choose from five ways to switch: mouse buttons, keyboard hotkeys, front-panel buttons, remote control by another device or via glide and switch technology. Channel indicator modules make it easy to see which display screen is currently selected. 

The Freedom II KV0004A-R2 is ideal in command and control applications, such as those in finance on a trading room floor. Not only can users switch between several computers just by moving the mouse, but they can also simultaneously access a mix of USB peripherals, including high-speed USB 2.0 devices.

The KV0004A-R2 KM Switch integrates with the Black Box Agility IP-based KVM system. This Freedom II KM Switch can interface with Agility receivers, and then switch the Agility targets using just one keyboard and mouse.

The Freedom II KM Switch is ideal for command and control applications such as in: Broadcasting, Public safety, Industrial, Defense, and Transportation.

• Compact Size with Redundant Power Option: The Freedom II KM Switch is contained within a sturdy yet compact metal case that can easily be concealed within the cable flows behind your desk. The switch is supplied with a single power adapter but offers the facility to use a second input in order to provide operational redundancy.
• Optional LED Indicators: The Freedom LED Monitor Kit provides individual indicator modules that make it easy to see which screen and system are currently selected. All LEDs can be easily mounted to screen bezels.
• True Emulation: The KV0004A-R2 Freedom II Switch gathers the true identities of the connected keyboard and mouse and presents those “real” profiles concurrently to every system. Thus, specialized keyboards and mice can be fully supported.
