The tBOX313-835-FL fanless in-vehicle computer features an onboard quad-core Intel Atom E3845, 1.91 GHz processor with 4 GB DDR3L system memory. It is equipped with isolated IO including 4 RS-232/422/485 serial ports, one CAN bus and 8 channels of digital IO. The 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports may be configured as Power over Ethernet (PoE) ports with choice of RJ45 or M12 connectors.
To meet demands of day-to-day operation on buses, trucks and railway, the tBOX313 features a dust and vibration proof enclosure, optional M12 locking connectors and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C. It includes e-Mark and ISO7637 transportation certificates. Three PCI Express Mini card slots and 2 SIM card sockets offer expansion for WIFI, 3G/4G and GPS tracking. Wireless communication modules are optional. The compact tBOX313 fits easily into tight compartments and may be secured with flanged mounting brackets (included).
With features like these, the rugged tBOX313 embedded computer is perfect for vehicles, public transportation, fleet management, intelligent transportation systems, rolling stock and more.
