The eBOX100A is a next-generation fanless embedded system built for factory automation, IoT data collection, energy management, and edge-controller deployments. Built with the Intel Processor N150 (Twin Lake) and 8GB LPDDR5 onboard memory (16GB optional), the eBOX100B delivers efficient performance within a compact, energy-efficient design. Its support for -40°C to +70°C wide operating temperature and intelligent power management with ignition control and USB power on/off ensures stable and predictable operation even in demanding and unattended industrial environments.
The eBOX100B is engineered to thrive where space is limited and reliability is essential. Measuring just 155 × 110 × 60 mm, its compact enclosure integrates easily into electrical cabinets, machine housing, and distributed field installations. Despite its small size, the system integrates a full set of industrial-grade I/O, including 2.5GbE LAN, HDMI, COM, USB, and an 8-channel DIO. Customers can easily expand functionality through M.2 and Mini PCIe slots, enabling NVMe SSDs, Wi-Fi/LTE modules, or custom interfaces without redesign. Its fanless aluminum extrusion and rugged steel chassis with IP40 protection further strengthen durability for 24/7 operation.
The eBOX100B supports DIN-rail mounting, making it ideal for OT-centric environments such as monitoring systems, energy cabinets, automation control panels, and edge gateways. As part of Intel’s new-generation Atom-class platform, it offers a seamless upgrade path from legacy designs while ensuring long-term availability with up to 10 years of product lifecycle support.
To support mission-critical applications, the eBOX100B meets MIL-STD vibration and shock endurance standards and operates reliably across extreme thermal conditions. Its fanless thermal architecture eliminates moving parts, minimizes maintenance needs, and enhances system longevity. These features make the eBOX100B an ideal choice for rugged environments such as factory floors, outdoor enclosures, energy substations, and distributed edge nodes where continuous operation is non-negotiable.
