It starts with industrial interfaces. The IRU151 supports two digital input channels, two digital outputs, and four analog inputs. Choose voltage or current loop input for the analog to digital converter channels. The gateway is Ethernet-based and supports two wireless sockets (optional Wi-Fi, LTE, or LoRa interfaces) and Modbus devices. That allows for intricate control and monitoring through the Modbus protocol. The IRU151 also records digital and analog signals on top of offering web-based monitoring. All of this is run by a RISC-based processor that provides ample processing power with minimal power consumption.
What is truly impressive is these features are built into a rugged design. The IRU151 is completely fanless, but it can still handle external temperatures from far below freezing to heats intolerable to humans. With DIN-rail mounting, it can fit into existing IT infrastructure and control panels, and you can trust it to stay stable amid heavy vibrations. The heavy-duty steel and aluminum enclosure shields the system from environmental hazards.
