The Axiomtek GOT5840T-832 trades the traditional ventilation-based cooling system for a fanless method that uses an aluminum back chassis to manage internal temperature control. This change in cooling management philosophy helps protect the vulnerable internal components from damaging heat, humidity, dust, and debris. Ideal for implementations like industrial monitoring and retail kiosks, this human-machine interface (HMI) computer withstands operating temperatures as low as 0°C and as high as 45°C without airflow. Swapping the hard drive storage for CompactFlash boosts the operational vibration to 2G at 5 to 500 Hz.
This small embedded computer is ideal for tight locations with limited airflow. The super-compact size comes with a depth of just 1.8” (45.8 mm) and a weight of 2.9 lbs. (1.3 kg). One of the GOT5840T-832's most significant selling points is its minimal size. It can stay on all day while only sipping at your operation's electric expenses.
