The AIE500-901-FL from Axiomtek is a GPU equipped embedded computer built for artificial intelligence (AI) applications such as machine vision, deep learning, and image processing. The system hosts an NVIDIA Jetson TX2 supercomputer module, which brings a powerful 64-bit ARM A57 processor and an NVIDIA Pascal GPU with 256 CUDA cores. It supports NVIDIA’s JetPack SDK, TensorRT, cuDNN, CUDA Toolkit, VisionWorks, GStreamer, and OpenCV. All are built on top of the Linux Ubuntu kernel. Not only can the AIE500-901 bear down on the toughest problems, but it also delivers a balance of reliability and ruggedness so that it may deploy in mission-critical and harsh industrial environments.
The extremely compact AIE500-901-FL offers a rich set of interfaces such as dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, HDMI, optional cellular, and four SMA antenna connectors. For expansion, a PCI Express Mini Card slot and an M.2 SSD PCIe 2.0 x4 socket are available for adding additional storage and I/O.
The heavy-duty extruded aluminum and steel enclosure withstand the rigors of day-to-day operations. It includes provisions for wall or DIN-rail mounted. The fanless design operates in temperatures from -10° to 50°C (14° to 122°F), and it endures vibration up to 3 Grms.
