The ASUS IoT PE3100G series is a rugged edge AI computer tailored for computer-vision applications. It’s driven by a 13th Gen Intel Core i7 or i5 processor and compatible with NVIDIA Ampere/Ada Lovelace or Intel Arc A-series MXM GPU modules. Specifically, Intel Arc A350M, A370M, A530M, A570M and A730M MXM GPUs are manufactured and supported by ASUS IoT. The system is equipped to handle MXM 3.1 Type A and Type B GPU modules, catering to graphically-demanding tasks.

This powerful edge AI computer accelerates AI inference while delivering high-performance computing and image-processing capabilities, excelling in AI-intensive environments. The PE3100G series offers three 2.5 GbE and one GbE ports with PoE+ providing a total power budget of 100 W for connected devices or sensors. Furthermore, with optional MXM GPUs, PE3100G series is able to drive up to eight display outputs - making it a truly versatile option for industrial use.

The PE3100G series has undergone rigorous verification for robustness and thermal performance. Meeting the military-grade MIL-STD-810H standard for shock and vibration, it is engineered to withstand the bumps and uneven terrain encountered on rough roads, making it ideal for use in autonomous vehicles. The dual-sided heatsink design effectively dissipates heat generated by internal components, ensuring stable operation even in harsh conditions. The patented, innovative design enhances structural stability, minimizes mechanical tolerance, and provides an optimized thermal solution.

The PE3100G series has also been designed to accept a wide range of power inputs, from 8-48V DC, includes built-in ignition power control, and offers a wide range of operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, so it’s made to thrive in extreme environments and diverse scenarios. With a 60 W MXM GPU module, it can maintain full performance without throttling - even in a fanless condition.
