The MSC-201B1, manufactured by Antaira Technologies, is a RS-422/485 card that adds one port of serial communication for desktops, servers and industrial computers with a PCI Express slot. It functions as a client or server to connect serial based equipment like instruments, meters, sensors, and other peripherals. It has one DB-9 front panel connector, and it supports 2-wire and 4-wire RS-422/485 connections.
