As a complete Layer 2 switch, the LMP-1202M-SFP offers protocols such as ERPS (Ethernet Ring Protection Switch) redundancy, advanced network filtering, IGMP, VLAN, QoS, SNMP, port lock, RMON, ModbusTCP, HTTPS, SSH, SSL, and more. A web management console, alarming, watchdog timer, fault handling, security, and configuration backup are also standard features.
This managed switch is as reliable as it is capable. The rugged metal enclosure may be DIN-rail or wall mounted. If the standard wide operating temperature isn’t enough, an extended temperature model is available for extreme hot and cold locations. The low-voltage option allows installation in control cabinets where 12V or 24V power is available instead of 48V. Clean power is a concern in industrial environments. That’s why the internal circuitry accepts redundant power inputs and offers protection against voltage surges and over-current.
