The ARX-7234-AC-PD-T is housed in a metal, sealed IP67 enclosure. It is entirely waterproof, and the case is surge protected against extreme electrical events. It was temperature tested to operate in extremes from -40° to 70°C. The access point utilizes 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies to minimize interference with standard wireless devices while maintaining universal compatibility. It expands on that compatibility with standard encryption protocols that include AES, WEP, WPA, and WPA2. Utilizing a Gigabit Ethernet port with Power Over Ethernet (PoE) maximizes throughput for an extended range of applications while the 867 Mbps wireless speed brings fast communication across vast distances. The MIMO antennas increase signal reliability, and the hub utilizes protocols such as IP, DHCP, HTTPS, RADIUS, STP and SNMP to ensure compatibility and fast communication.
