The access point utilizes 5 GHz communication to minimize interference with standard wireless devices while maintaining universal compatibility. It expands on that compatibility with standard encryption protocols that include WEP, WPA and WPA2. Utilizing 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports with Power Over Ethernet (PoE) maximizes throughput for an extended range of applications while the 300 Mbps wireless speed brings fast communication across large distances. The dual-omnidirectional antennae increase signal reliability, and the hub utilizes IP, DHCP, HTTPS, STP and SNMP to ensure fast communication with virtually every kind of data transfer.
